Public holiday appointments revised

Technician still available on public holidays and long weekends but only upon pre-arranged appointments. Applicable fees will be charged at 1.5 times of normal rates for services rendered on public holidays and long weekends.

Revised transport charges

The prior transport fee is S$10 is no longer applicable. Customer would be required to compensate technician's taxi fare upon technician producing taxi receipt. To avoid paying for the technician's taxi fare, customer can opt to pick up technician from pre-agreed pickup point.
Only applicable for customers with desktop and network issues. Customers with laptop issues can meet technician at Singpost (Paya Lebar).

RAM upgrade

Customers interested in upgrading their machine's RAM can download CPU-Z to generate a report of your system's hardware specifications. Please send me the report and advise whether there are available RAM slots or if you wish to upgrade by replacing existing RAM.

Remote support available

yourPCsaviour now offers remote support. Customers who wish for us to remotely fix your computer would need to download the LogMeIn Free client from our public folder*. Follow the installation instructions provided by the installer. Assign your machine a name so that we can identify your machine. Once the LogMeIn Free client is correctly installed, the LogMeIn Free icon will appear in your taskbar.

NOTE: You would have to provide your OS username and password in order for us to access your desktop or laptop. Alternatively, please create a new account for us to use.

Reduced hardware replacement service

yourPCsaviour is reducing the scope of its hardware replacement service. Hardware replacement is now on a case-to-case basis. Replacement/upgrading of components such as RAM, hard drives and optical drives are still available. Replacement of items such as PSUs (ie. power supply), LCDs, laptop keyboards and motherboards is not available.
